A photocopy of the attested marriage certificate, an existing passport, and a copy of the husband's passport, if any. Or, you can submit the corresponding affidavit along with additional proof like a marriage certificate or a photo of the couple together (Annexure D'), evidence of a current address, Old passport includes photocopies of the first and last two pages that have been self-attested. Also included should be the ECR/Non-ECR page, The validity extension page and the observation page, if any, should be present in the old passport.

After a divorce, if a woman wishes to change her name, she must submit a certified copy of the divorce decision from the court. A self-attested copy of the husband's passport (if any) must be presented when changing your name following remarriage.

Also, Simple affidavit procedures are ineffective for passport and visa corrections; instead, you must obtain a declaration from a civil court and submit it with your application to the passport authorities.

Cost:

One must apply for re-issuance of the current passport if their name or residence changes, among other personal information.

The application fee is 2000 (for 60 pages) and 1500 (for an additional booklet owing to the exhaustion of visa pages) for a passport renewal with 10-year validity (for 36 pages). The cost of tatkal services is an additional $2,000 that must be paid.
