Eligibility:

  • The wedding must take place in Delhi.
  • Delhi residency and a Delhi jurisdictional address are required by one of the partners.

  • Affidavit for a Marriage Certificate (One for Groom & One for Bride)
  • Address Verification (Passport, Driver's License, Voter ID)
  • ID Verification (Aadhar Card)
  • Proof of birth (Marksheet from Class 10 or Birth Certificate)
  • Marriage pictures of the bride and groom that have been scanned (As A Proof)
  • Marriage Certificate for Arya Samaj.

Along with all this, two witnesses will also be required. The two witnesses should have the following documents with them which are Scannable images of both the witness's Aadhar cards.

  • Visit the Delhi Government's official website. You can apply for a variety of services in addition to marriage registration, including birth certificates, caste certificates, property registration fees, circular rate calculations, and many others.

  • Your Aadhar Card or Voter ID can be used to register on this website. You must have these documents in order to register on this website.
  • The website offers a wide variety of services. According to the 2014 Delhi Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act, all marriages are recorded.
  • Upon submission of all necessary paperwork.
