Court Marriage In Agra and other parts of the country is solemnised as per the Special marriage Act, 1954. The marriage is completed in the presence of a Marriage Officer and three witnesses after due procedure of law has been followed. As provided under the section 4 of the Act of

After the filing of the application and following the due procedure of law in regards to the court marriage process, the parties on the date provided, shall declare their wish to marry the other party and sign the marriage certificate in the presence of the marriage officer and the three witnesses.
The certificate issued after is the proof of a valid marriage
of the parties.

life and liberty of the couple in any manner and against their wishes.
