2. After clearing the exam, one needs to start practicing as a Junior Advocate in lower courts. It is advisable to start practicing in lower courts.


3. After gaining 5 years of experience at subordinate courts, one needs to serve as a trainee under the Supreme Court of India Advocate.  It would take a minimum 6 years to start practicing in the Supreme Court of India.

4. The Supreme Court of India conducts Advocates on record exam. After clearing this one becomes eligible to practice in the Supreme Court of India.

5. After qualifying Advocates on record exam, one needs to register for office space within 10 miles from the premises of the Supreme Court of India.
